The gentleman hunted in the green and pond regions, Davis,Ohio, Christain, Todd , Logan and McClean Counties. This is one of many points that hung in a store for 45 years. Made of a Kanawha Black material.Plano artifacts and associated cultural features originated on the Plains, predominantly in response to the bison hunting. The standard fluted spear points of earlier times gave way to points that were manufactured in many new styles.This point is thin and a good example for its type. It comes with a Tom Davis COA and is graded an 8.
